Client: Window Nation
Industry: Home Improvement
Scope: Creative Strategy, Campaign Concept Development, Launch Strategy, Result Analysis & Campaign Optimization
Launching in January created an additional hurdle. Homeowners weren't thinking about buying windows. We needed to change that.
The challenge wasn't simply creating ads. It was introducing an entirely new brand to two distinct communities while making Window Nation feel like it had always belonged there.
The campaign began with a simple question: How do we make a new brand feel local from day one?
We researched the culture and traditions of Detroit and Grand Rapids to uncover a shared insight that would resonate across both markets. That research led to the campaign's central idea, using Michigan's ice fishing culture as a relatable storytelling platform to build awareness, trust, and excitement.
From there, we developed a three-phase integrated campaign that aligned creative with the customer journey, delivering a consistent narrative across paid social, email, digital, out-of-home, landing pages, and community activations. Every creative decision was rooted in business objectives, ensuring the campaign not only captured attention but also drove measurable growth and established a repeatable framework for future market launches.

Organic Social Reach
Above Lead Goal
The campaign proved that successful market launches aren't built on promotions alone.
By combining cultural insight, strategic storytelling, operational alignment, and integrated creative, we transformed an unknown brand into one that felt immediately local.
The impact was immediate. Opening day generated more than $7 million in revenue, validating our awareness-first approach and demonstrating the power of building demand before the doors even opened.
The success of the Detroit and Grand Rapids launch established a repeatable framework for future Window Nation market expansions, proving that when creative strategy is aligned with business objectives, it can accelerate both brand growth and commercial performance.
