Visual and Verbal Identity
Next, we extended RSEG’s corporate identity into a distinctive employer brand look and feel. This included selecting typography, imagery, and colour palettes that captured the energy of the culture while still feeling aligned with the overall brand. Messaging was rewritten to speak directly to prospective talent — focusing on impact, inclusion, and purpose.
Microsite Development
The employer microsite served as the centerpiece of our campaign. We designed and developed a user-friendly platform that brought RSEG’s values and workplace experience to life. The site featured job listings, day-in-the-life content, employee testimonials, and insight into the company’s benefits and development opportunities. Every page was carefully structured to support recruitment goals while staying true to the brand voice.
Employee Portal and Swag
To enhance internal engagement and retention, we also developed an internal portal where employees could access resources, recognize each other’s contributions, and stay updated on company news. We also curated and sourced employee swag that served as both a welcome gesture for new hires and a consistent expression of internal culture and pride.
